Infection of HCV can be transmitted by contaminated needle injections, blood transfusions, blood products before June 1992, patients who received clotting factor made before 1987, long-term kidney dialysis, people with high-risk sexual behavior are among the prevalent methods. Once contracted, Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection continues to persist in the majority of infected individuals.

Valley of the Sun Pharmacy’s dedicated Nurse Case Manager will assist you with:

  •  Educating on possible side effects and how to manage them
  •  Coordination of treatment specific lab testing and physician follow-up visits
  •  Medication administration and safe needle/syringe disposal
  • Wellness counseling on proper nutrition and fluid intake

Sale of the Product(s) between the pharmacy and you are completed at the physical establishment, in the jurisdiction, in which the pharmacy operates (15600 N. Black Canyon Hwy, Suite B135, Phoenix, AZ). You become the owner of the Product when the pharmacy accepts your order for fulfillment, places the Product in a container or otherwise completes the steps necessary to prepare it for your use, and causes your payment and or insurance to be processed. You are then responsible for picking up or otherwise arranging the delivery of the Product to your address. All steps connected with the transportation of Product orders are carried out by you or by someone acting as your agent on your behalf.
